Verity Code Consulting is a Texas professional services firm focused on one hard problem: closeout when there is no building official.
Who we are
We provide independent code-compliance observation, an Independent Certificate of Completion and Code-Compliance Opinion (ICCCO), and lender-ready closeout dossiers for data centers and similar mega-projects in limited-AHJ jurisdictions.

Verification without pretending to be the government. We compile, observe, sample, and opine — with clear limits.
Credentials we staff to
Lead work is performed by professionals holding relevant ICC credentials (including Certified Building Official and/or Master Code Professional paths), fire inspector credentials (TCFP and/or ICC), and commercial electrical inspection credentials. Plumbing work is labeled and performed in line with Texas TSBPE affiliation rules.
Independence
We are not your GC, commissioning agent, or Chapter 17 special-inspection agency on the same ICCCO engagement. Independence protects you, your lender, and our ability to insure the work.
Geography
Texas first — unincorporated and limited-AHJ campuses statewide. No public walk-in office. Service area travel is scoped per engagement.
